We are looking for analytical, dynamic individuals with knowledge of capital markets to help build out and further refine the collection and presentation of our capital markets data. In this role, the Senior Analyst will:

•Research, analyze and interpret transaction documents

•Provide process improvement and oversight of relevant data collection

•Serve as a subject matter expert for the Capital Markets and Market Data teams

•Stay abreast of industry trends and evolving reporting standards

•Liaise with internal content and product managers, as well as external clients and vendors

•Research and develop specifications for new data collection methods and product enhancements

Candidate requirements include:

•2+ years experience in one or more of the following:

- collecting and analyzing capital offerings data

- transaction execution

- ECM or DCM desk

•Must have strong familiarity with financial statements and concepts

•Understanding of relational databases a plus

•Bachelor`s degree or equivalent education and experience

•Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and self-direct

•Strong interest in and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals at all levels of the organization

•Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, error-free work
